This policy explains what information Saltline Studios collects when you visit saltlinepilates.com, send an inquiry, or book a charter, and how we use and protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Who We Are
Saltline Studios LLC ("Saltline Studios," "we," "us") is a Florida limited liability company based in South Miami, Florida. We offer private on-water mat Pilates charters in Miami.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Inquiries: name, email, phone number, event date, event type, group size, and any details you include in your message
- Bookings: the booking contact's name, email, phone number, and billing information, plus the names of guests in your party
- Waivers: each guest's name, signature, date of signature, date of birth, and emergency contact
- Communications: emails, texts, and direct messages you send us
- Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card or bank details directly. Saltline Studios does not see or store full card or bank account numbers.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we and our website providers may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to inquiries and send quotes
- Confirm, schedule, and manage your charter
- Process deposits, balances, and refunds
- Collect and store signed waivers
- Coordinate your charter with our Vessel Partner and instructors
- Communicate with you before and after your charter
- Send marketing emails if you opt in (see Section 6)
- Improve our website and services
- Meet legal, insurance, and safety requirements
4. Who We Share It With
We share information only as needed to run your charter and our business:
- Vessel Partner: the licensed charter operator for your booking receives your charter date, guest count, and passenger names
- Instructors: your certified instructor receives your group size and any injuries or limitations you share for the session
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website), and Resend (emails).
- Insurers and legal advisors: when needed for a claim or legal matter
- Authorities: when required by law or to protect the safety of guests, crew, or the public
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. We may use basic analytics provided by our website host to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. Marketing Emails
We send promotional emails only if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop emails about a booking you have already made.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Inquiries that do not become bookings: up to 12 months
- Booking and payment records: 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes
- Signed waivers: 7 years after the charter date, for insurance and legal purposes
We delete or anonymize information once it is no longer needed.
8. Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we have about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal, tax, or insurance reasons
- Stop sending you marketing emails

9. Security
We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Payments are handled by Stripe, which meets industry security standards for card data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information sent online.
10. Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our business and tools change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on our website.
